• The Ajmal Perfumes offers both standard and custom luxury fragrance products. Due to the personalized, handcrafted, and hygienic nature of perfumes, all products are considered final sale unless otherwise stated in our Return & Damaged Items Policy.

• Custom perfume creations are tailored to individual preferences and are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.

Payments & Pricing

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing, product availability, or offerings at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed or fulfilled.

• By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Appointments

• For custom perfume creation sessions, a non-refundable booking fee is required and applied toward the final purchase price. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least one (1) hour prior to the scheduled session. Failure to attend or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. No additional charges will be applied beyond the booking fee.

Returns, Refunds & Shipping Issues

• Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered.

• Replacements may be issued only if a product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, subject to verification. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting documentation, including photographs.

Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, branding, product names, and fragrance descriptions, is the intellectual property of The Ajmal Perfumes and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
