By purchasing from The Ajmal Perfumes, you acknowledge and agree that all sales of fragrance products are subject to the terms outlined below. Due to the personal, hygienic, and custom nature of perfumes, all sales are final. The company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of its products. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms and waive any claims for returns or refunds except as explicitly stated for damaged or defective items.

Return/Refund & Damaged items Policy

Final Sale
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any fragrance products once they have been purchased.

Damaged or Defective Items
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product arrives broken, damaged, or malfunctioning due to shipping.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once verified, a replacement will be issued and shipped at no additional cost. Refunds will not be provided for damaged items; replacements only.

  • No refunds will be issued except in cases of verified shipping damage
