Free shipping is available on orders over $110 (before taxes and after discounts).
Orders under $110 will incur a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Packaging & Handling
All perfume orders are individually wrapped, securely packaged, and carefully handled to protect the integrity of the fragrance during transit. Each shipment is prepared with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any fragrance products once they have been purchased.
Damaged or Defective Items
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product arrives broken, damaged, or malfunctioning due to shipping.
If your order arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once verified, a replacement will be issued and shipped at no additional cost.
Refunds will not be provided for damaged items; replacements only.
